Grape Varietal: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon, 20% Arneis
Vineyard: Saglietto, Trinità and Cornarea
Soil: Calcareous clay with sandy parts
Harvest: September
Fermentation: Each varietal fermented separately in French oak barrels 
Aging: 10-12 months in French oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle
Alcohol content: 13% alcohol by volume
Tasting Notes: Rich yellow in color with golden tints. In the beginning of its development emerge scents and flavors of rich fruits, hazelnuts and dairy, which over time becomes intense aromas of honey, pineapple, ripe fruits, candied citrus and citrus peel with a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.
