Fermentation: Vinified at our winery in the village of Barolo using modern methods, automatic temperature control of fermentation along with automated punch downs
Aging: 12 months in French oak barriques and a minimum of 2 months in the bottle
Alcohol content: 14.5% alcohol by volume
Production:  7,700 bottles (750 ml)
Tasting Notes: Fairly intense ruby red trending to garnet in color. Fruity on the nose and dry, velvety, and harmonious on the palate.
