Soil: Clay lime marls from the tertiary period

Yield per acre: 2,200 kg/ha
Fermentation: Vinified at the winery in the village of Barolo using Inox Vat with automatic temperature control of fermentation along with  punch downs
Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume
Production: 8,700 bottles (750 ml)
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color with violet reflections. Red fruit with notes of spices on the nose. Balanced, fruity, smooth, round, and harmonious.
