Fermentation: Gentle destemming and maceration with skin contact, at controlled temperature (28°C) for about 30 days. Fermentation in controlled temperature (26-28°C) with constant pumping of must over grapes and wine-pressing. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by 24 months aging in bottle
Alcohol content: 14% alcohol by volume
Production: 1,994 bottles
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color with garnet hues with aging and unique note of dark-red, crisp grapes which release a whole range of floral notes, with a trace of balsamic, Mediterranean herbs. This rich, spicy wine draws its vitality from the heart of the earth, characterized by a well-defined, yet delicate tannin, in a perfect, harmonious balance of freshness and body.
