Altitude: 240-360 meters above sea level
Soil: Medium grain with good levels of marl
Fermentation: Stainless steel vats with temperature controlled through cooling jackets. Refining takes place in concrete vats.
Alcohol content: 13.5% alcohol by volume
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, fruity, lightly herbal and enriched by hints of spices. This wine is ready for drinking, full bodied, quite soft and balanced.
