Grape Varietal: 100% Glera
Vineyard: Hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, on the border of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. appellation
Vine Age: 35 years
Altitude: 150 meters above sea level
Soil: Limestone, clayey
Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked in September
Fermentation: Soft pressing of grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks, in contact with fine lees. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (cuvée close) at temperature controlled with selected yeasts and lasts 60 days. Tartaric stabilization at low temperature.
Aging: In stainless steel vats
Alcohol content: 11.5% alcohol by volume
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with greenish hues in color with very fine and persistent perlage. Fine and elegant perfume with hints of citrus and apple. On the palate is well balanced, fresh, vivacious and with good persistency.
