"Prosecco producer with Estate grown fruit"
Enrico Moschetta is the gifted winemaker at BiancaVigna. The Conegliano- based
estate is owned by two families: on one side you have Elena Moschetta, who is the general
manager, along with her brother, Enrico, who is the oenologist. The other 50% of the
company is owned by the Cuzziol family who has made a name for themselves distributing fine wines within Italy.
Before starting is own company Enrico was a wellrespected
wine consultant in the Valdobbiadene area.
Today, Enrico tries to transmit the true flavors and sensations of the glera grape,
while consistently employing modern technologies in the cellar. He only uses the bare
minimum of the chemicals in the vineyards and always looks towards tradition in the vineyards. This philosophy certainly comes through in his substantial Prosecco.

Brilliant straw-yellow with green reflections, fine and
persistent perlage. The bouquet is fruity with notable scents of apple. On the palate creamy, with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.
